About Me
Amira El-Fassi is a Moroccan-born cook who grew up in Casablanca, learning traditional recipes from her mother. After moving to the U.S., she expanded her cooking to include Italian cuisine but remains passionate about American food. Now living with her family in a small town, Amira blends flavors from Morocco, Italy, and America in her cooking, always bringing new cultural influences to her table.
